Vihrova V. Administrative Liability of Natural and Legal Persons of European Union Countries in Ukraine.

Dissertation is devoted to theoretical analysis of administrative liability of natural and legal persons of EU countries, to research of the ways for adaptation of Ukrainian legislature to the mechanisms of international regulation of the mentioned sphere of legal relationship, to elaboration of practical recommendations for counteracting and prevention of administrative delinquencies committed by foreigners in modern conditions. The work substantiates legal nature of administrative sanctions and has determined a range of grounds of application of administrative liability for persons of the category mentioned above. It uncovers crucial moments for optimization of domestic administrative-legal politics in this sphere.
