Dobrovol's'kyj O. Administrative and Legal Regulation of Combating Corruption within the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of combating corruption within the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine and the development on this basis of the corresponding propositions and recommendations. Based on the conducted research a number of conclusions, propositions and recommendations aimed at achieving this objective is formulated. The concept of combating corruption within the State Fiscal Service is determined. Factors affecting the state of combating corruption within the State Fiscal Service are characterized. Legal principles of guaranteeing combating corruption within the activities of the State Fiscal Service are revealed. The legal status of subjects combating corruption in the State Fiscal Service is outlined.
