The object of research is the process of crisis management industry. Etoyu main thesis is to study the theoretical and methodological approaches to crisis management industry and scientific development of guidance on diagnosing the crisis and adapt crisis management measures in industrial enterprises of Ukraine through the optimization of financial and economic results. Methods: methods of scientific knowledge, theoretical generalization, comparison method, system approach, graphical and statistical analysis, economic-mathematical modeling, methods of logical generalization, methods of economic-mathematical modeling methods and forecasting models. Improved: methodical approach to the formation of anti-crisis measures of forecasting enterprise management by assessing the deviationt; method of optimization of financial and economic performance of the company. We have been further developed: the theoretical foundations of crisis management at the industrial enterprises in the conditions of instability; approaches to anti-crisis program fomirovaniyu uprvleniya; impact assessment system is the crisis situation of the industrial enterprise; defined ambiguous impact of global crisis on the manifestation of the crisis at the metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine; classification of methods of crisis management at the industrial enterprises.
