Essay

A total of 109 patients with CHC have been investigated. Incidence of cryoglobulinemic syndrome was established. Clinical and laboratory criteria of risk of development of subclinical and clinically manifested cryoglobulinemic syndrome in patients with CHC were designed. Incidence of kidney damage in patients with CHC was established. The comprehensive clinical and laboratory characteristics of these patients were performed. Morphological changes in kidneys were described. The criteria of risk of development of renal lesions in patients with CHC were designed.The mutual influence of antiviral therapy by pegylated interferon and ribavirin on the course of subclinical and clinically manifested cryoglobulinemic syndrome in case of CHC was estimated.
