Danish S. Administrative legal arrangements to monitor compliance with the legislation on protection of economic competition in Ukraine

The dissertation is based on the understanding of the theoretical work and practice administrative and regulatory control over the observance of the legislation on protection of economic competition determined the nature and characteristics of a specified control, provided scientific advice to improve control activities in the field. Defined and characterized the essence of the concept of control over observance of the legislation on protection of economic competition, highlight features of the formation and development of the rule to monitor compliance with the legislation on protection of economic competition in Ukraine. Place and role in the system of administrative rules of the legislation on protection of economic competition. The aims, directions and types of controls in the test field , characterized by objects and subjects, forms, methods and principles of control over observance of the legislation on protection of economic competition. Special attention is devoted to the control of production as an element of control over observance of the legislation on economic competition.
