Essay

The object of research - plaster and gypsum composite of low density with microspheres of the fly ash and light fillers; goal - improving the complex properties of gypsum compositions by introducing ash microspheres; methods - standard and special methods for evaluating the properties of plaster and gypsum composite, optimal design of the experiments to obtain experimental and statistical models of the multicomponent composition and properties of the studied materials, computational experiments to analyze correlations and find the best compromise formulations; results - experimentally confirmed feasibility of filling plaster matrix with aluminosilicate microspheres, and add perlite, in certain quantities, to produce constructional-insulative material; quantitatively described and analyzed the joint impact of cenospheres, perlite, superplasticizer and air-entraining additives on strength, thermal conductivity, sound insulating ability and other characteristics of gypsum composite; received the dependences of compromise optimal proportion of the components and relevant material density of executable requirements for compressive strength; composition of constructional-insulative material for interior plaster walls and partitions, with low density and improved acoustic and thermophysical properties which containing fly ash microspheres; introduced - the manufacture pilot batch of plates used for the construction of interior walls.
