Essay

Dissertation work is devoted to experimentally - analytical research of stress state of retaining walls and landslide arrays in difficult ground conditions of Bukovina under dynamic loadings. For the first time the technical and stress state of retaining walls under landslide pressure in Chernovtsy region by the nondestructive methods of integrated vibration diagnostics and ultrasound were investigated. The recommendations for repair and reconstruction of retaining wall in future during mutual meeting with public servants from the Chernovtsy local municipality are proposed. The mechanism of landslide evolution of 3 types of Chernovtsy region's landslide arrays by the mathematical modeling stress-deformed state for second group of limit states on the base of the Coulon-Mohr ground model is corrected. Direct dynamic calculations provided by the PLAXIS code for real seismic condition of the region (accelerogram of real earthquakes in Chernovtsy region) and vibration conditions from railway and automobile transport. The elastic and elastic-plastic deformation of ground and variation of its physical and mechanical properties is considered. The method of dynamic certification of current technical state of retaining walls by non-destructive methods was generalized. Key words: retaining walls, Neogene clay, experiments, limit state, landslides, stability factor.
