Essay

The thesis is devoted to the most pressing scientific and practical problem: the development of theoretical foundations of mathematical modeling and experimental studies of strength, deformation and fracture toughness of reinforced concrete beams in which the steel reinforcement is connected with clamping sleeve. The theoretical foundations of mathematical modeling of the deflected mode of the beams reinforced with the steel reinforcement connected with clamping sleeve are summarized. The adhesion of concrete reinforcing rods and stress concentration in the vicinity of the core connection by methods of the theory of photo elasticity and strain gauges is experimentally investigated. According to the results of the thesis recommendations for the design of concrete beam elements, in which the steel reinforcement is connected with clamping sleeve, are developed. These guidelines can be used on real construction industry, namely in reinforcing beam and arch bridges and plates of their public road, drilling pillars of bridge footing, transmission lines. Keywords: reinforced concrete beams, strength, deformation, fracture toughness, defleted mode, clamping sleeve, photo elasticity method.
