Bulaieva I. Ampeloecological substantiation of areas selection for wines with designations of origin production

The object is vineyards and ampeloecological conditions of its cultivation areas (three wine districts of the Northern Black Sea Region). The purpose is scientific and methodical substantiation of vineyards selection for the wines production with a designation of origin in the Northern Black Sea Region. The methods are theoretical, expedition, experimental field studies, calculation, mapping and comparative estimates. The novelty is methodical approaches to vineyards determining for the wines production with a designation of origin on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the territory ampeloecological conditions and systematic approach to the existing plantations quality evaluation. Results - perspective vineyards for the wines production with a designation of origin have been allocated and ecological passports of these vineyards have been developed; the database of prospective vineyards for the wines production with a designation of origin has been compiled.
