The thesis is devoted to improving treatment outcomes of patients with traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage by developing differentiated choice of treatment of traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage depending on the clinical situation based on clinical study and develop criteria for differential selection. Determined shows to the differentiated treatment of traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage. Next aspiration analyzed results of treatment of patients with traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage by local fibrinolysis compared with traditional surgical and conservative treatment, thus reducing operating injury, length of incision (4 cm compared with an average of 20 cm of Group ІІ patients) and about 'volume craniotomy, to reduce the total time of surgery (21hv in group І vs 130 min in group ІІ) reduce the time patients stay in hospital (18,9 days in group І patients, this index in groups ІІ and ІІІ was 24,5 and 20 days respectively).
