Essay

120 patients retrospectively and 127 with gout were examined. It was phasic time-dependent course of gout in males, progressing slowly with increase of cj-morbidity events.Conditions that form metabolic syndrome and increase level of vascular and gastrointestinal risks and others - concomitant diseases supplementing background of polymorbidity are proposed to be accentuated."Uronephron" facilitates uricaemia and renal gout decrease, Quercetinum prevents cardiovascular complications, "Zobofit" decreases signs of hypothyroidism on the background of standard therapy.
