The thesis is devoted to generalizing and evolvement of the theoretical grounds and methodical approaches to the coal mines preparatory mine working erection and refurbishment manufacturing costs shaping process management. Coal mines manufacturing costs shaping process is analyzed, hardly predicted costs are revealed in the thesis. The classification of such hardly predicted costs is broadened. The theoretical-methodical approach to coal mines preparatory mine working carrying out and refurbishment costs determination considering binding firmness coefficient variation and defined level of refurbishment capability is developed. The scientific-methodical approach to coal mines mine working carrying out and refurbishment costs optimal ratio determination is suggested.The organizational-economical mechanism that provides preparatory mine working erection and refurbishment manufacturing costs shaping management, prediction, planning and optimization of such costs is developed.
