Kapidinova S. The tolerance as a factor in the development of culture of interethnic relations between students

Тhe thesis deals with tolerance as a basic factor in the development of a culture of interethnic relations in multiethnic societies. Tolerance is interpreted as а socio-psychological phenomenon that defines the quality of interethnic relations in multicultural societies and as a strategic tool for regulating the behavior of social actors in a multicultural relations. Тhe possibilities of the formation for student's (especially for the future teachers) tolerant installations and tolerant behavior is shown by using two groups of social and psychological factors and mechanisms: activation units at a tolerant attitude and tolerant interaction with members of other ethnic and cultural groups; development of skills and expanding the repertoire of tolerant behavior in interactive communication.
