Novelty - developed a conceptual approach to the justification of the regulatory influence of the state on the development of nonstandard employment, which is considered as a set of interrelated target priority factors for the development of nonstandard employment, its forms and types, principles and methods of regulation of the corresponding instruments and expected results.
