Dissertation is devoted scientific research of passing of service on a marine point-of-sale transport, states of his legal adjusting and grant of suggestions on perfection of institute of service on a marine transport. A concept, features and principles of service, is certain in a marine point-of-sale transport. Described structure of service and its elements are investigational. It is certain that service on a marine point-of-sale transport is professional activity, carried out at presence of the proper education, professional preparation, age, state of health, certificate of identity of seaman and other.
