Essay

The thesis investigates the administrative-legal status of the EU members' Central Banks. We have determined that these administrative-legal banking regulations depend on the public actions of the European Central Bank (ECB) and other Central Banks. We have defined the administrative-legal status of the ECB, which consists of a number of characteristics that specify the administrative aspects of its place and role in the EU banking system and the EU itself. We have also designated the legal standing of the EU members' Central Banks, as well as the administrative duties of these Central Banks.
