Object of study: osteoporotic changes of skeleton, hormonal regulation of bone tissue remodeling, polymorphisms of COL1A1, VDR gens. Aim of study: to optimized diagnostic and prophylaxis of calcium-phosphorus metabolism of women with postmenopausal osteoporosis. Innovation: Supplemented scientific data's of frequency spreading of osteopenia and OP, which in 4,0 times more often met in post- that in premenopausal period. Clinical evident OP has been detected in 21,8 % patients in postmenopausal period and in generally not observed in patients in premenopausal period. In premenopausal period with the age evidently decreasing BMD, in postmenopausal- and BMD, and MCI.
