Essay

The object of the study are processes of ridge-furrow field surface, subsurface band making liquid and furrow sowing corn. The purpose of the work is to improve the technical and economic efficiency of the furrow-band maize combined instrument by a substantiation of his choice of design parameters and operating modes. The method of theoretical research - the main provisions of agricultural mechanics, the theory of agricultural machines, automatic control theory of linear dynamical systems when playing these disturbances. The practical significance of the results is to develop the design of the combined unit for cutting grooves, strip subsoil herbicide and seeding in furrows of maize and substantiation of optimum settings and modes of operation of the unit. The scientific novelty of the research is to establish mathematical relationships to support the design parameters of the device for subsurface band herbicides. The prototype machine-tractor unit introduced into production. The expediency of the introduction of the combined tools for growing corn in the agro-industrial enterprises arid zone of the south of Ukraine.
