The object of research - thin-wall construction of bulkhead type; goal - the study of collaborative design and geotextile, on which the basis the technique of the most efficient use of geotextile is developed; methods - methods are based on the theory of elasticity and the theory of fuzzy sets, fuzzy knowledge bases and methods of construction of linguistic models. Experimental studies are carried out in accordance with the theory of experiments and theory of modeling. Processing of the results was performed using the methods of mathematical statistics, the theory of fuzzy sets and the methods used to prove the adequacy of linguistic models; results - method of determining the elastic characteristics of the composite "soil - geotextile" proposed. The method technique allows to determine the elastic constant of the composite material of reinforced layer, when the porous cell structure of geotextile material is represented in several different forms; the most effective ways of reinforcing of backfill soil medium behined thin-walled construction of the " bulkhead type " with geotextile material are identified; The technique, which allows to evaluate the effectiveness of the reinforcement of soil medium with geotextile material at different location of geotextile material in the soil; proposed method of calculation allowing predict the variation of the differential of soil medium pressure reinforced with geotextile material up on a vertical wall at different loadings; These results can be recommended to design organizations, as well as various construction companies, dealing in the design and construction of structures and facilities; the method implemented by - the employees of the department "Sea and River Ports, Waterways and their Technical maintenance" of Odessa National Maritime University in while preparing and conducting the discipline "Metrology and standardization." Discipline is taught to students of the fourth year of training course - 6.060101 "Construction", as well as lectures on the subject of study "Achievements of Computer Systems in Artificial Intelligence" that are given out to students of specialty 8.05010201 - "Computer Systems and Networks" at the department of the "Computer Intellectual Systems and Networks " of Odessa National Polytechnic University. The results of the thesis are applied in the development of the project "Reconstruction of the rear end of berth number 18 SE" Mariupol Sea Trading Port ". Wile conducting operations used a numerical model of calculating of active earth pressure, was reinforced with geomaterials was used.
