The object of research - the processes occurring during mechanical activation of cement-containing suspensions and type of aggregate impact on the physical - mechanical properties of concrete; goal - improvement of physical and mechanical properties of concrete by mechanical activation of Portland cement and partial replacement of clay gravel crushed granite; methods - according to the tasks used in the standard methods of experimental research. To elucidate the role of mechanical activation of Portland cement in the structural and mechanical properties of slurries, pastes, cement stone and concrete used speed blender with adjustable number of revolutions of the working body of the mixing chamber. Apply mathematical methods of planning the experiment. To identify products tumors cement stone on mechanically activated Portland cement with the addition of ground fire clay used physical and chemical methods of research X-ray diffraction analysis, DTA, electron microscopy; Results - set a synergistic effect of reducing the effective viscosity of the cement slurry with the addition of ground fire clay under the joint action of a high-speed mixing and super plasticizer C-3; found to increase the uniformity of distribution strength lightweight concrete height of articles by mechanical activation of cement slurries; optimized surface area and number of chamotte to Portland cement that provides increased sound absorption and impact strength of concrete; implemented - it produced a pilot batch of relief slabs of reinforced concrete totaling 18 m3.
