Essay

The thesis deals with important scientific task, which is to increase the efficiency scraper equipped with a semi-circular bottom and back wall in the form of dozer blade. Based on the work performed studies found that the most promising way to intensify the work equipment scraper is a change of the elements of the bucket to reduce resistance when filling and unloading. Mathematical formulas power and energy parameters of digging and unloading traditional scraper and scraper equipped with a semi-circular bottom and back wall in the form dozer blade. The work conducted multifactor experiments on research workflow scraper: research stresses in the elements scraper using polarization-optical method, research strength indicators using software CAD Solid Works Simulation, which confirmed the theoretical assumptions. The discrepancy between theoretical and experimental values of the process of digging does not exceed 10…15%, 10…15% - unloading process. The estimation of technical and economic efficiency scraper, which is equipped with a bucket semicircular bottom and back wall moldboard form.
