3Н,4Н,7Н-pyrazolo[3,4 d][1,2,3]triazin-4-one derivatives and products of their interaction with alkylating, acylating and sulfonylating agents, as well as with various electrophiles. The properties of pirazolo[3,4 d][1,2,3]tryazyn-4-one derivatives and their use for creating new nitrogenous heterocycles as potentially bioactive compounds were studied. Chemical synthesis, TLC, IR- and NMR-spectroscopy, chromato-mass-spectrometry, X ray crystallography. Acylation and sulfonylation reaction of pyrazolotriazin systems were studied, that occur selectively at centre N 3 without disclosure triazine cycle. We found that interaction of 3Н,4Н,7Н-pyrazolo[3,4-d][1,2,3]triazin-4-ones with thionyl chloride, depending on conditions of the reaction, leads to different in structure pyrazole derivatives, which were reacted with hydrazine hydrate to obtain new potential bioactive substances. A new approach to pyrazolo[3',4':4,5]pyrimido[1,2 a]azepine system using 3Н,4Н,7Н-pyrazolo[3,4-d][1,2,3]triazin-4-on was developed. Preliminary biological studies of a number of synthesized substances were performed. Scope - bioorganic chemistry.
