Essay

Thesis deals with the legal support of investment in social development of the village. Analyzed domestic and international legislation in the sphere of attracting investments in the social development of the village. The essence of social investment in rural development, defined their main features and principles of regulation. Studied forms of social investment in rural development, which is defined: public investment in the social development of rural areas; private social investment in rural development; foreign investment in the social development of the village. Proposed changes to legislation that will promote effective social investment in rural development to address the problems of rural areas.
