Khavanova M. Strategic management of the enterprise financial and economic security (for example, automobile companies).

The thesis is devoted to complex research of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of strategic management of the enterprise financial and economic security. The work describes strategic management of the enterprise financial and economic security as a component of economic security, its methodical bases and modern mechanisms. The author analyzes the current situation and development trend of the global automotive industry, as well as the current state of the automotive industry in Ukraine, characterizes simulation of solutions management as part of strategic management of the enterprise financial and economic security. Analysis shows that strategic management of enterprise financial and economic security supposes not only long-term business entity development, but also prompt reaction to external conjuncture change; and global integration intensification leads to multicriterial management decisions. The principle of «going concern» is described in the work, which is used by auditing companies and supposes greater probability of the enterprise carrying on functioning and most efficient assets usage. The author suggests to use this principle to evaluate financial and economic security as well as strategic management implementation efficiency. The work describes the model of solutions management diagnostics as a way to improve strategic management of the enterprise financial and economic security, and considers the model for the automotive sector companies that produce the most cars.
