This research focuses on the development of theoretical positions and practical recommendations for the management of financial and economic results of the company. The methodical approach to the assessment of efficiency of financial and economic results of the company based on the concept of Six Sigma, thus extending the analytical capabilities enables the assessment and determine the effectiveness of the individual parameters and their groups. Improved management of financial and economic results of the undertakings in the context of the definition and justification for the proposed three-step basic management strategies and results. Improved scientific definition of the studied categories of "financial and economic results", "management of financial and economic results of enterprises" and object-based management separation of the three concepts, which are divided depending on performance, processes and relationships that enables a high scientific level substantiate their nature and characteristics.
