Boiko O. Combined Approaches to the Management of Factors of Innovative Operation of Machine Building Enterprise

Object: The object of research is based on the processes of formation, implementation and management of factors for innovation process engineering enterprise. Aim of work is the addition of theoretical positions and development of methodological and practical recommendations for improvement the management of factors in innovation activity of engineering companies using combined approaches for enhancing the development of innovative enterprises and improving its effectiveness. The author used general scientific and special methods of investigation: comparative and systematic-structural analysis method of logical generalization, economic and statistical analysis methods for economic-mathematical modeling, the method of expert evaluations, graphical and tabular methods. The theoretical value of the research lies in the comprehensive research of modern developments in science of management in innovation activity of engineering enterprises with allocation of restrained and stimulative factors that have the greatest impact on the development of innovation activities in enterprises, factors' systematization of innovation activities in the enterprise, method’ improvement of assessing the ability level for machine-building enterprises to innovative development according to the priorities for the enterprise factors, as well as on practical questions related to the peculiarities for the application of combined approaches to manage certain factors, the development of theoretical bases in formation of the organizational-economic mechanism for factors management of innovative activity in engineering enterprises, in the context of which a model for the application of combined approaches for management of factors of innovation enterprise is used, refinement and further development of the concept of "innovation" and "innovation process", concept development of a "combined approach". Scientific novelty of a research is considered in the improvement and development of theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendations in improvement of management of factors in innovation activity of engineering companies with a combination of approaches in terms of economic risks. The subject of the research is theoretical and methodological tools and practical aspects in implementation of the combined approaches for management of factors in innovation activity of engineering enterprise in an unstable economy. The practical value of the results is considered in the wide possibilities of using research and Guidelines on the application of combined approaches for management of factors in innovation activity based on the effect of synergy, that will give possibility enterprises to improve the mechanisms of implementation and to make wider the measures for innovative development, choose best models for modernization, select and develop effective development strategies and use the proposed organizational and economic mechanism in conditions of economic instability. The field of use of author recommendations are domestic engineering and other enterprises, universities, public authorities.
