Dissertation is devoted to the research and development of new methods for the synthesis of annulated nitrogen-containing thiophene heterocycles based on functionalized 2- and 3-aminothiophenes. New anionic domino-reactions of thiophenes with 1,3-dipolar substituent were investigated. Convenient one-pot method for synthesis of hardly availible substituted thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidinones and thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidinones was developed. A number of readily available and not widely described heterocyclic systems with thiophene core were obtained.
