Essay

It is elaborated that the method of preparation and determination of the assembly angle of the steering wheels (axle) trailer assuming the coincidence of trajectories of characteristic points of the tractor and the trailer. This method is implemented in control law of steered wheels (axle) for semitrailer kinematics as when driving forward and reverse. It is shown that the stability of movement backwards can be provided at selected structural parameters at speed of 2.5 m/s. If any of the selected parameters outlined go beyond the limit, road train loses its stability.
