This Thesis's purpose to improving the efficiency of dispatching personnel transport enterprises due to the introduction of new information technologies to improve existing methods of collecting information processing and transmission of operational and performance parameters of the basic technological gas transportation system facilities, in particular the decision support system .The work carried out an analysis of the gas transportation system in the area of responsibility of information technology. Substantiated the importance of the introduction of computer systems support dispatching decisions and describes the methods of their particular design and implementation in pipeline transportation of gas. Decision support system of the complex is developed. Which is based on using the production model of knowledge representation, and in contrast to previously known functions in real time, based on continuous monitoring of the parameters of the gas transportation system. Whereby professionals can provide quantitative and qualitative information on the state of the pipeline systems and gas transmission mode in an operational environment. The algorithms of information of support dispatching are developed for solving some production problems, and specialized software allows implementing these algorithms in practice.
