Kuz M. Intentional analysis of the legal existence

In the context of the objectives of the thesis, it is found that the phenomenological approach gives reason to understand the law as intentional correlate of social reality, which is materialized through acts of justice that arise from the needs of management and organization of "life-world" society in its relation to the system of power and government. Moreover, it proved that correlate intentional serves a structural element of justice that occurs at the level of between subjects relations and through the generation of meanings, ideas, concepts and rules of law, attached as recognition of the value of individual and political freedom.
