The thesis is devoted to the important issue of Pediatrics - new approaches to the treatment of children with autonomic dysfunction. This paper describes psychological characteristics and clinical and instrumental parameters of children with different clinical forms of autonomic dysfunction, such as vegetative-vascular dystonia with hypertensive and vegetative-vascular dystonia with hypotensive, paroxysmal autonomic dysfunction. The work provides results of treatment of these forms of vegetative dystonia with different medication with sedative effect, the most statistically significant changes of each form have been defined. Thus, according to modern statistical analysis, differentiate defective approaches to the treatment of different clinical forms of vegetative dystonia in children was first developed. For the convenient practical use, the algorithm to use medication with sedative effect, depending on the revealed clinical and laboratory abnormalities has been developed.
