Essay

Object of the research - bone blocks, the dynamics of morphological changes in bone tissue around zirconium implants of Zircon prior system during osseointegration, dentition defects, non-removable orthopedic constructions based on dental implants. Purpose. To increase the effectiveness of dentition defects orthopedic treatment using prosthetic constructions based on dental implants made of zirconium alloy on the basis of studying the reparative osteogenesis dynamics of their osseointegration, and clinical-instrumental evaluation of direct and remote results. Methods of the research: clinical and experimental investigation in vitro and in vivo using general clinical, morphological, morphometric, cytological, functional, clinical-instrumental methods of the research and statistical analysis. Scientific innovation - it is established that innovative characteristics of the form and optimized surface of macro- and micro-components of Zircon prior implants' endo-sebaceous part provide at the moment of implant installation high stability coefficient. It is revealed, the level of annual average resorption depended not only on the implants size, but also on the bone tissue type. The choice criteria of constructive modifications of Zircon Рrior system implants according to the clinical-morphological peculiarities of the dentition defects and bone tissue structure during implantation planning were elaborated and suggested for usage. Zircon Prior system zirconium implants are being introduced as the alternative to other present on the Ukrainian market titanium systems in solving the problem of stomatological rehabilitation of patients with partial and total adentia. The results of the research are included in the content of lectures and practical classes for medical interns of dentistry .
