Ilnytskyi O. Organizational and Legal Guaranteeing of Public Safety in Ukraine

The systematic analysis of organizational and legal guaranteeing of public safety in Ukraine is conducted in the thesis. The features of the activity of practical departments of state agencies and institutions on keeping public safety, as well as their interaction with each other are studied. The necessity and importance of research of the stated theme are revealed. The concept and content of public safety, including both social phenomenon and legal category are explained. Shortcomings of current legislation regulating public safety are established; the ways of solving the main issues in this area are offered. The features of administrative and legal status of state agencies authorized on keeping public safety are studied
