Shpak A. Administrative and Legal Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in the Sphere of Education

The thesis is focused on the analysis of the peculiarities of administrative and legal protection of intellectual property right in the sphere of education. The intellectual property right in the sphere of education as the object of administrative and legal protection, its main tasks, principles and legal grounds are characterized. The specificity of fixing the system of managing subjects for guaranteeing the realization of intellectual property right in the sphere of education, forms and methods of this protection are determined. Particular attention is paid to administrative procedures for the realization of intellectual property right in the sphere of education.
