The thesis is devoted to the problems of administrative and legal regulation of preventive activity in health sector. Theoretical aspects of preventive activity in health sector, foreign experience in this field, current situation in administrative and legal regulation, organizational and legal fundamentals and information support of preventive activity in health sector were investigated. Issues of administrative and legal aspects of morbidity prevention by means of medical activities, adequate diet, measures against drug addiction, alcoholism and tobacco dependence, regulation in the field of sports and sports activity, legal guarantees of law enforcement of the administrative legal relations that might arise concerning preventive activity in health sector were analyzed.
