Essay

Object: a process of state regulation of import substitution. Purpose: scientific substantiation of organizational and economic mechanism of realization of state structural policy of import substitution. Methods: analysis, synthesis and comparison; statistical analysis; system-structural and comparative analysis; groupings, logical analysis, strategic management. It is offered: method of evaluation measures importozalezhnosti for commodities and commodity groups advanced, conceptual-categorical apparatus of state policy on combating import dependence, methodological approaches to the study purpose, place and role of structural policy with state regulation of the internal market and to ensure import substitution, methodical planning tools of public policy of import substitution. Scope of usage: The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
