The algorithm for kinetostatic study linkage pumping unit was developed, the mechanism was considered as a spatial six-links mechanism. Based on conducted research, actuators pumping units without redundant links structural schemes were developed, which allow to reduce the load on the additional units arising from elastic deformation of rods. According to the structural scheme new design actuators pumping units was proposed. A system of the pumping unit technical condition diagnosing was proposed and experimental studies on the existing wells to identify the dynamic errors actuator pumping unit and comparing the results with theoretical calculations was carried out.
