Essay

A retrospective analysis of 533 medical records of children with chickenpox, aged from 2 weeks to 18 years, who were at the clinic of the department of pediatric infectious diseases in the years 2007-2014 and found that 97,2% of patients the disease occurs in a typical, 76,9% - moderate form, 2,8% - an atypical form, 45,2% - with complications. The cytokines were measured in blood serum in 135 patients with chickenpox and marked increase in the level ІFN-alpha -2,5, IFN-beta - 11 times, IL-4 -5 times, IL-1beta -2,9 times, IL-6 - 7 times, reduced IL-2 by 2,2 fold, TNF-alpha -3 times (p<0,05). In the dynamics of the detected imbalance increased. Improved therapy with moderate forms.
