Essay

The object of study - sandwich panels with mineral wool and expanded polystyrene aggregates. Purpose - to study the stress-strain state (SSS) and rationalization of options sandwich panels. Methods of the research. We used the analytical and numerical methods of solid mechanics, including the finite element method. Building design solutions implemented on the basis of operating algorithms that implement management qualitative and quantitative characteristics of SSS, test structures and procedures for the selection of their rational parameters. Experimental study of existing and proposed constructive solution of sandwich panel was conducted on laboratory and field samples using elements of the automated research system based on modern technical and information support. Scientific novelty of the results is determined by: - Formed theoretical 3D finite element model allowing to assess a number of features of deformation of sandwich panels and, in particular, its reduction to the poles, shifting of insulation and adhesive joints, limiting a deformation and folding of compressed plating; - The first time the results, justifying the need to strengthen the panel stringer package; - Further developed sustainability assessment approach cladding panels; - The first time the results of experimental studies of SSS and the bearing capacity of sandwich panels of the new design. The practical significance of the results is: - built in the calculation procedures of panels, which are based on the established finite element model of normal and reinforced sandwich panels; - In the implementation of research results in the company "NTK" in Kharkiv region, including the preparation of technical specifications for the panels of the series "Aluterm", as well as through the variant design in JSC "Kharkiv PNII PromstroyNIIproekt".
