Object - the processes of economic justification and implementation of technical and technological re-equipment of industrial enterprises; goal - is development and substantiation of theoretical basis and methodological approaches to formation of organizational and economic principles of technical and technological re-equipment of industrial enterprises; methods - the dialectical method of cognition and observation, method of theoretical generalization, comparison, induction and deduction, comparative and system analysis, grouping, analytical method of alignment, system approach, economic-mathematical modeling, management by objectives, graphic and graphic-matrix analysis; the novelty - consists in the development and justification of scientific and methodical approaches to formation of organizational and economic principles of technical and technological re-equipment of industrial enterprises; results - development of methodical recommendations on technical and technological re-equipment of industrial enterprises; introduced - PJSC "Odessa plant of piston rings" (reference number 115 from 07.11.2014), JSC "Odessa plant "Neptune" (from 22.01.2015), PJSC "Odeskabel" (reference number 09 from 20.04.2015.), in the educational process of the Odessa national Polytechnic University (act on the introduction from 03.11.2014).
