Essay

The work is devoted to development of information technology of self-similar Internet information flows analysis. Information technology based on methods of fractal analysis, nonlinear dynamics, deterministic chaos theory and the method of analysis of recurrent plots. The implementation results of methods, algorithms and procedures provides possibility to reduce the time to identify critical changes in the dynamics of information flows.
