Kobernyk I. Management mechanism for innovative development of integrated business structures under the conditions of knowledge economy establishment

Thesis is dedicated to theoretical, methodological and practical issues of management mechanism formation for innovative development of integrated business structures under the conditions of knowledge economy establishment. In the process of the research theoretical basis of formation and functioning of integrates business structures have been grounded, and among all integrated business structures it is suggested to differentiate between classical and innovatively active ones. The author has studied both national and international experience in the field of innovative development management within integrated business structures, and thus offers a new methodological approach to increasing the efficiency of this type of management. The work is the first one in the field to offer a scientific-methodological approach to mechanism formation in innovative development management of integrated business structures under the conditions of knowledge economy establishment, also offering the conceptual grounds for technopolis integrated structure formation and its innovative development management as the most prospective organizational form of innovatively active integrated business structures to be realized within the framework of national economy. Investment support for innovative development management has been analyzed and basing on financial and general economic calculations the efficiency of the offered mechanism and its expediency for national economy are demonstrated.
