Essay

The thesis is dedicated to theoretical, methodological and practical issues of regulatory policy for the innovative development of Ukrainian economy. In the process of the research, the author describes the theoretical concepts of economic development and regulatory policies of national economic development, also studying distinguished national approaches to stimulation of innovative activity in developed countries and evaluating the opportunities for foreign practice application under the current socioeconomic conditions of Ukraine. Basing on the studied foreign experience, the author forms the set of organizational economic levers for regulatory policy of innovative development of Ukraine, ranging the innovative development projects within the cluster framework of public-private partnership for further concentration of innovative developments and creating attractive investment climate which would strengthen the innovative potential, competitive advantages at the market via the synergy effect from integration and further innovative development in the long term. Directions in state support for innovative development of Ukrainian economy are offered to be realized through activization of public-private partnership in the field of innovations which essentially is the zero alternative variant of supporting the initiatives on implementation of innovative development projects and at the same time it is an efficient lever of national innovative development intensification at macro-, mezo- and microlevels.
