Essay

The thesis presents an overall assessment of peculiarities of chronic pancreatitis in patients with ischemic heart disease, the study of blood lipid profile, mineral metabolism, found an imbalance cytokine level, identification of the pathogenic role of regional hemodynamics of unpaired branches of the abdominal aorta, intestinal dysbiosis and and suggestions as to the combination therapy with the simultaneous use of prebiotics and vitamin-microelement complex. It has been discovered that chronic pancreatitis with ischemic heart disease is characterized by increased of atherogenic blood on the basis intestinal dysbiosis. The combined course of chronic pancreatitis with ischemic heart disease is characterized by changes in mineral metabolism, namely the likely increase of Copper and Plumbum. The analysis of regional hemodynamics of odd branches of the abdominal aorta showed the likely increase of resistance and pulsatility indexes that can be considered a diagnostic criterion for chronic abdominal ischemia. The application of basic treatment with taking prebiotics and vitamin-microelement complex in patients with chronic pancreatitis comorbidity with ischemic heart disease contributed to the reduction of credible atherogenic blood, reduction of pro-inflammatory cytokines, the correction of mineral metabolism and the normalization of intestinal microflora.
