The dissertation is a complex scientific research on the operational-investigative and criminalistic crime detection and revealing to the crimes in the sphere of a public moral. On the basis of the study of the methodological framework and foreign experience analysis peculiarities of operational-investigative activities and criminalistic units of the Police department for the detection and investigation of crimes in the sphere of a public morality have been defined, the proposals for improvement of Ukrainian legislation have been formulated.
