Suvorov O. Cooperation of "K" units of the Security Service of Ukraine with investigators during the uncovering and pre-trial investigation of corruption offences.

Basing on scientific principles of general theory of criminalistics as well as on summary of inquiry and operational-investigative activities results a thorough analysis was made concerning current cooperation of "K" units of the Security Service of Ukraine with investigative bodies during the uncovering and pre-trial investigation of corruption offences. The formulated ideas and recommendations gave the possibility to get a system of new theoretical and practical judgments upon the specifics, tendencies and prospects of development of this branch of law-enforcement activities, and besides, to offer concrete ways of their practical realization in the activities of law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine. The main aim of the research is to work out theoretical basis and practical recommendations on tactics of cooperation between operational-investigative units and investigative bodies of pre-trial investigation, motivation of proposals on further development of principles of operative and criminalistics tactics of countering corruption offences.
