In the thesis developed theoretical and methodological principles and reasonably applied aspects of effective innovation management food industry based on systemic change. The theoretical aspects of innovation as an economic category, the essence and importance of effective innovation in enterprises studied theoretical and methodological foundations of the system of innovation management companies. An assessment of the status, trends identified and analyzed the dynamics of innovation of the food industry in Ukraine. The concept of effective innovation management food industry proposed integrated system of innovative development of food production and three-dimensional model of potential options strategies for innovative development of the food industry.
