Object of research: process of management of innovative development of industrial enterprise on the basis of controlling. Subject of research: set of theoretical, methodological and applied the provisions on the management of innovation development of industrial enterprises using controlling system. The purpose of the study: scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodical provisions and development of practical recommendations on the application of the concept of controlling in the process of management of innovative development of industrial enterprises. Research methods: generalization and systemic analysis, statistical analysis, comparison and classification, economic and statistical analysis, systemic-structural, economic and mathematical modeling. Value: the use of instruments of controlling in the process of management of innovative development of industrial enterprises contributes to improving the effectiveness of the regulatory impacts on the company, creates high-quality information and analytical basis for making reasoned managerial decisions.
