Dissertation is dedicated to the quality improvement of orthopedic rehabilitation of patients with the fixation of cermet dentures on the intraosseous implants. Analysis has been conducted using 2009 - 2013 annual reports of dental medical institutions of Donetsk and Donetsk region, and it showed reducing the number of manufactured orthopedic designs. A method of histogram morphometric analysis using the intraosseous implants has been created and registered as an utility model, Patent of Ukraine no. 42977 (date of filing 27.07.2009), which is based on the analysis and comparison of the average value of histogram and the bone tissue architectonics index. Increase in the bone tissue architectonics indices proves the positive changes in the bone tissue structure around the functioning intraosseous implants regardless of manufacturers. The suggested complex of index monitoring, consisting of Fedorov-Volodkina index, Silness-L?e plaque index, Schiller-Pisarev test, gave the results, which are on the verge of satisfactory and unsatisfactory hygienic condition. The conducted rheographic studies of the microcirculatory bed of peri-implant tissue vessels of jaw alveolar processes in patients from the investigated groups have shown that the obtained figures indicate an incomplete recovery after the surgery. It was established that in case of using the UNO implants manufactured by MIS Implants Technologies Ltd,, the equivalent tension figures in the cortical bone is 7% higher than the same values of tension, appearing at the installation of AB Dental implants, and their equivalent tension with the 3.0 mm body diameter almost equals to the similar values as at the use of MONO implants by U-Impl.
