Reznikova O. Victimological cognition of a person in criminalistics.

Dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical bases of the victimological cognition of a person in criminalistics and formation of the scientific and practical criminalistical recommendations for the bodies of the pre-trial investigation and judicial examination of the criminal proceedings connected with the collection and use of victimological data during the process of the crimes solving and investigation. The main directions of the victiminological data use in criminalistics have been analyzed. The structure of the "victim of the crime" element of the criminalistical characteristics of the crimes has been proposed. The criminalistical recommendations with the use of the victimological data during the process of the preparation and conducting of the investigative (search) and judicial actions have been worked out.
